Additional lab notes: This delicious natural process coffee from Ethiopia shows a medley of cooked berries, reminding us of berry cobbler. The chocolate undertones are strong and have a fudge like richness. Floral notes stand out in the finish and add a surprising twist to this coffee. This is an extremely limited coffee that will not be around for long.
Preferred brew methods: Pour Over, Drip, Aeropress, French Press, Espresso
About the Origin Dambi Uddo is the name of the town where this coffee is from. It was processed on a privately owned mill in Woreda Odo Shakiso, in Western Fuji. The lot comes from many farmers in the region, each with very small lots of a few hundred coffee trees or less. This is the second time we are carrying this coffee and are pleased to have it back.
